Email [email protected]. Include your device, the app version (Settings › About) and what happened. We usually reply within two business days.

Common questions#

Which models can I run? Open the Models tab. PocketAI shows what fits your device, and warns before you download something that won't.

Does it work offline? Yes. After you download a model, chat works without a connection. Web search and model downloads are the only features that need one.

How do I pair my iPhone with my Mac? On the Mac, open Devices and choose Pair a device. On the iPhone, open the Mac tab and scan the code, or choose Pair manually and enter the address and code. Confirm that the 6-digit number matches on both screens.

Where do my chats go? Nowhere. They stay on your device. See the privacy page.

Licences (Mac)#

• Get a licence: the Mac app's Settings › License has a free test licence while PocketAI is in testing.
• Paste the key: Settings › License, then paste it. It works offline.
• Lost your key? Email us from the address you used to get it and we'll resend it.
• Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, reply to the receipt email or write to support.

Report a problem with a response#

AI models can be wrong. Use the report action on a reply in the app, or email us the details. Never rely on a model for medical, legal or financial decisions.
